- 1 pound elbow macaroni or any other kind you prefer
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces pepper jack with touch of philadelphia cheese, shredded
- 2 cans (14.5 oz. ea.) del monte italian recipe stewed tomatoes
How To Make cheesy tomato pasta

Step 1Cook macaroni or other pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to stove.

Step 2Add the tomatoes and stir until blended.

Step 3Add the cheeses and stir until all the cheese is melted. Simmer until heated throughout.

Step 4Top with Parmesan cheese and serve with a green salad and garlic bread.
