I got the idea to make this salad after I bought something similar at the deli at Wal-Mart. I hope that you like it as much as my family and I do.

Ingredients For cheddar and spiral pasta salad

  • 1 box
    veggie spiral pasta
  • 1 bunch
    raw broccoli
  • 2 c
    shredded cheese
  • 1/4 c
    diced raw red onion
  • 1 c
    dill mayo
  • 1/3 c
    milk

How To Make cheddar and spiral pasta salad

    Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  • 2
    Salt boiling water and add pasta.

    Once pasta is aldente, drain water, and place cooked pasta in a bowl and in the fridge to cool for an hour.

    Once pasta has cooled, add shredded cheese, the top of the broccoli bunch (cut the large pieces into smaller pieces, and red onion (opitional)

    Put 1/4 cup of dill mayo and 1/3 cup of milk to a bowl and whisk together, and add to pasta.

    Mix well and refridgate until ready to serve. More sauce may need to be added to leftovers.
