Ingredients
- 9 - dried lasagna noodles
- 3-1/2 cups fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.
- 1 - 16 oz pkg frozen cut broccoli, thawed, drained
- 2 - carrots, shredded
- 2 cups reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
How To Make cheapo broccoli lasagna

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 3-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. Cook lasagna as direceted, drain, run under cold water, drain. Place noodles in single layer on foil, reserve. In saucepan, whisk together 1 cup milk and flour until smooth over medium heat. Stir in remaining milk, salt, dry mustard, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Cook, stirring over medium heat until thickened. remove from heat. Stir in parmesan cheese. Arrange 3 of the lasagna noodles in bottom of baking dish. Top w/ 1/2 broccoli, 1/2 carrots, 3/4 cup cheese and 1 cup sauce. Repeat layers. Top w/ remaining noddles, sauce and cheese. Bake, uncovered for 40 min, or until heated through.
