Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 package spaghetti sauce seasoning mix
- 1 large pepperoni stick, sliced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup each- 3 different types of pasta (shells, wheels, etc.)
- 15 ounces can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 6 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
How To Make cavatini casserole

Step 1In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with the onion and peppers. Drain excess liquid and reserve. Add spaghetti seasoning to browned meat and blend. Add pepperoni and mushrooms and blend again.

Step 2Meanwhile prepare pasta. Drain and add to ground beef mixture in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add tomato sauce and water; stir to combine. Add most of the cheese and stir again. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Step 3Bake 30 minutes, uncovered. Serve warm.
