this is a creation of mine for pasta salad good during hot and warm weather enjoy

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces dried rotini
  • 3 cups chopped cauliflour
  • 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 large sweet red pepper cleaned diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds toasted
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 ounces goat cheese crumbled

How To Make cauliflower and sweet pepper pasta salad

  • Step 1
    In a large pot cook the pasta in lightly salted boiling water 7 minutes Add cauliflower; cook 3 minutes more or until pasta is done. rinse with cold water to cool.
  • Step 2
    M eanwhile, Inlarge bowl stir together vinegar,oil' honey, garlic. Then add the pasta mixture, sweet pepper, onion, almonds, and basil, toss to mix it up. stir in cheese slowly. add salt if desired. top with croutons optional. serve
