As a child,I grew up on this. My Mother made this budget stretching recipe often when cousins came to visit. She made it with Left-over Roast. Over the years, I have revised it anmd my family loves it the more modern way. Hope you will too~

Ingredients

  • 2 cans roast beef w/gravy
  • 1 1/2 packages egg noodles
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce
  • 1 can cream ushroom soup
  • 1 package sour creme
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil in boiling water
  • dash salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons margarine

How To Make can roast beef with gravy noodle bowl

  • Step 1
    In soup pan or stock pot, bring at least 2 quarts water to boil. Add salt and oil to boiling water.
  • Step 2
    Next pour in egg noodles and let come to a boil and noodles are tender when tested with a fork.
  • Step 3
    Drain off water in a colander, then pour noodles into a large bowl. Add margarine and mix through noodles. Set aside.
  • Step 4
    In sauce pan dilute Alfredo saujce, soup, sour creme with a sm. amount of milk.
  • Step 5
    Over lowheat, let heat while stirring to dilut.
  • Step 6
    Open both cans of Roast Beef with Gravy.
  • Step 7
    First pour Alfredo mixture over noodles, but before stirring, add both cans of meat.
  • Step 8
    With a wooden spoon, gently stir by folding the mixture over and over till mixed well.
  • Step 9
    This makes a large amount andgoes a long way! A crowd pleaser, though a side veggy can be served along with it. Eat and Enjoy~
