My daughter made this for one time knowing I love anything spicy. She gave me the recipe, which made me happy, because now I can make it whenever I want, yummy!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ronzoni garden delight elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon olive or canola oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, finley chopped
- 1 pound regular or turkey kielbasa, sliced
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1-1/2 cup milk, i used 2%
- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces reduced-fat extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces shredded gruyere cheese
How To Make cajun mac and cheese

Step 1Heat oven to 425. Spray a 3-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. Cook pasta as directed and drain.Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add onion, and bell pepper. In another skillet sprayed w/ cooking spray, cook kielbasa until done. Remove pan from heat.

Step 2Add 3/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper to onion and bell pepper mix. Cook, covered, stirring occasioanlly until tender. Stir in garlic, cook 1 min. Sprinkle flour over veggies and stir 1 mins.

Step 3Whisk the milk into veggie mix and bring to a simmer. Whisk in cream cheese and cajun seasoning. Stir in both cheeses and simmer, stirring occasioanlly, until cheese is melted and mix is slightly thickened. Toss the pasta w/ the cheese mix, stir in kielbasa. Transfer to baking dish and cook until golden, about 10-12 mins.
