butternut squash ravioli/brown butter sage sauce
This is a quick simple recipe using packaged fresh ravioli and butter and sage. The whole thing takes less than 30 minutes to prepare. Sorry my plating could have been better as the bowls are the same color as pasta and it loses a little in presentation

Ingredients
- 1 package rava butternut squash raviloi
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon salt for pasta water
- 1 package fresh sage
- 4 ounces grated parmesan cheese
How To Make butternut squash ravioli/brown butter sage sauce

Step 1Cook ravioli as directed, boil 4 minutes and drain

Step 2Place butter in saucepan over medium to medium high heat, melt and stir constantly. After about 3 minutes add chopped sage

Step 3Continue cooking and stirring until butter starts to turn brown. When brown remove from heat pour over drained pasta and mix well

Step 4Plate and add Parmesan to taste
