I had this delicious dish in a local restaurant and tried to duplicate it at home. It comes pretty close and we really enjoy it. I don't make it very often but I really should since it is so good.

2 Tbsp
olive oil
chopped red pepper
small sliced onion
2 clove
sliced garlic
1/2 lb
bay scallops
alfedo sauce to taste
2 Tbsp
horseradish (depending on taste)
1/2 lb
ziti, cooked
mozzarella, to taste
parsley, for garnish

How to Make Bullshead pasta roma


  • 1Saute above four ingredients in olive oil until limp. Add scallops until opaque. Then add the alfredo sauce with a tablespoon of horseradish or more.
    Add warm pasta and mozzarella to mixture and heat briefly. Add fresh chopped parsley to the top before serving.
