  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter, unsalted
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
  • 1/4 cup fresh sage, chopped or substitute dry
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 package beef broth, the box kind not can
  • 2 tablespoons creme fraiche
  • 1 tablespoon dark molasses
  • 1 package spaghetti

  • Step 1
    Place pumpkin, molasses, brown sugar, soy sauce, sage, mustard, and paprika in crockpot. Then whisk.
  • Step 2
    Add milk and creme fraiche. Whisk again.
  • Step 3
    Add broth and whisk. Then add spaghetti, after broken in two.
  • Step 4
    Add butter. Mix everything well.
  • Step 5
    Heat crock pot to low or high, depending on how long until dinner.
  • Step 6
    Stir ocassionally, if possible.
  • Step 7
    Serve with mozzarella and shredded parmesan.
