broken cowboy spaghetti
I love meatballs in spaghetti but they don't get throughout the spaghetti enough for me. So now I have the wonderful meatball flavor without the hassle and time to make them! This can be a one pot meal if you remove the meat after cooking, add water and cook the spaghetti. Drain when done and put the meat and sauces in pan with the pasta and combine.Everyone loves this recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 pound very lean ground beef
- 1 can el pato tomato sauce
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
How To Make broken cowboy spaghetti

Step 1Combine beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs and seasonings. Cook in pan til all the redness is gone. Not breaking up too much because these are "broken" cowboy meatballs!

Step 2Add spaghetti sauce and as much of the ElPato as desired. I used the whole can to make my spaghetti spicy!

Step 3Add cooked Spaghetti and enjoy with cheese on top as desired.
