Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 medium yellow onion-chopped
- 1 pound large pasta
- 1 can tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced-no drain
- 1 can black beans, canned-no drain
- 1 can green chiles, mild-no drain
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic parsley salt
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/4 cup salsa, chunky
- 1 teaspoon cumin
How To Make beefaroni skillet dinner

Step 1In a Large skillet on med/ high heat, brown ground beef until no longer pink. Drain fat. Add in diced onion until translucent. educe heat.

Step 2Add in spices and canned items to skillet. Stir to combined thoroughly. Turn up the heat to high, then reduce to a simmer. Stir frequently until thick. about 10 min.

Step 3While meat simmers, heat water for pasta. I like my pasta Al dente'.

Step 4Top with fresh parmesan and serve.
