Sometimes I make just throw foods together. 'Nuf said. My family loved it, and very filling too! You decide for yourself.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion-chopped
  • 1 pound large pasta
  • 1 can tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced-no drain
  • 1 can black beans, canned-no drain
  • 1 can green chiles, mild-no drain
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic parsley salt
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/4 cup salsa, chunky
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

How To Make beefaroni skillet dinner

  • Step 1
    In a Large skillet on med/ high heat, brown ground beef until no longer pink. Drain fat. Add in diced onion until translucent. educe heat.
  • Step 2
    Add in spices and canned items to skillet. Stir to combined thoroughly. Turn up the heat to high, then reduce to a simmer. Stir frequently until thick. about 10 min.
  • Step 3
    While meat simmers, heat water for pasta. I like my pasta Al dente'.
  • Step 4
    Top with fresh parmesan and serve.
