basil pesto pasta w/shrimp
I came up with this recipe with my daughter Gabriella in mind...very minimal ingredients, yet very tasty and college student friendly.

Ingredients
- 1 box (16 oz) linguini
- 1 jar (small) basil pesto
- 1/2 pound easy peel shrimp raw
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
How To Make basil pesto pasta w/shrimp

Step 1In boiling water drop the shrimp in..turn off heat and let sit for about 3 mins...drain, cool and simply peel off the shell.

Step 2boil the linguine according to package "al dente" slightly firm to bite.

Step 3in a large bowl,combine linguini, shrimp and basil pesto...top with parmesan cheese...it's that easy...ENJOY
