  • 1 box barilla linguini
  • 4 tablespoons evoo
  • 1 bunch asparagus, cut in slices on a bias
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup pecorino and romano cheese, grated
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make barilla linguini with asparagus, tomatoes and peco

  • Step 1
    Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • Step 2
    In a large skillet, heat evoo.
  • Step 3
    Add asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and saute for 3 mins.
  • Step 4
    Cook pasta according to pkg directions and drain and toss with sauce.
  • Step 5
    Top with cheese and serve.
