Pasta! Pasta! Pasta! I love pasta! Always want new way to have pasta and cheese. Asiago has this great creaminess to it that amps up this pasta with cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    fettucine
  • 2 1/2 c
    asiago cheese, grated
  • 16 oz
    creme fraiche
  • 1 c
    parmesan, grated
  • 1 tsp
    fresh chopped parsley
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Baked Fettucine with Asiago

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cook fettucine until firm to bite, about 8 minutes. Keep one cup of the pasta water for later.
  3. In a large bowl combine 2 cups of asiago, creme fraiche, parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. Next add cooked pasta and the cup of pasta water. Toss together to coat fettucine.
  5. Butter a baking dish and place fettucine mixture in baking dish.
  6. Top with the last of asiago cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
