Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta shells(or elbow)
- 1/2 large avocado
- 8 ounces goat cheese
- 1 - garlic clove
- 1 small bunch, cilantro
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup panko
- - juice from 1 lime
- - salt and pepper
How To Make avocado/goat cheese shells bake

Step 1Cook pasta according to package ( al dente).

Step 2Using a food processor or blender, combine avocado, lemon juice, goat cheese, milk, salt & pepper.

Step 3spray a baking dish with non stick spray, combine pasta with the sauce, place in dish top with the mozzarella and panko...bake at 325 degree for 20 mins, then broil 5 mins.
