  • 8 oz
    pasta shells(or elbow)
  • 1/2 large
  • 8 oz
    goat cheese
  • 1
    garlic clove
  • 1 small
    bunch, cilantro
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/2 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c
  • ·
    juice from 1 lime
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Avocado/Goat Cheese Shells Bake


  1. Cook pasta according to package ( al dente).
  2. Using a food processor or blender, combine avocado, lemon juice, goat cheese, milk, salt & pepper.
  3. spray a baking dish with non stick spray, combine pasta with the sauce, place in dish top with the mozzarella and panko...bake at 325 degree for 20 mins, then broil 5 mins.
