2-cheese creamy mac - n - cheese
I tried to make it a little lighter w/ the yogurt and fat-free milk.
Fat: 14 grams. Carbs: 38 grams.
1 cbread crumbs
5 Tbspunsalted butter
1-3/4 chot, fat-free milk
1/4 tspeach, salt & pepper.
2 creduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
1 cgrated gruyere cheese
1 cchobani 0% greek yogurt
1/2 lbronzoni garden delight elbow macaroni
How to Make 2-cheese creamy mac - n - cheese
- Heat oven to 375. Spray a 1-1/2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. Melt 3 tbsp butter in bowl in microwave. In bowl, combine butter and bread crumbs. Melt remaining butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add flour, whisking constantly for 1-1/2 min. Slowly, pour hot milk into flour mix until mix thickens. Remove pan from heat. Stir in salt, pepper, nutmeg, and both cheeses, stir until melted. Cool 5 min. Whisk in yogurt. Cook macaroni as directed, drain. Stir sauce mix into macaroni. Stir to mix well. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkl casserole evenly w/ bread crumbs. Bake 30 min or until browned on top.
