Ingredients
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1-3/4 cup hot, fat-free milk
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon each, salt & pepper.
- 2 cups reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated gruyere cheese
- 1 cup chobani 0% greek yogurt
- 1/2 pound ronzoni garden delight elbow macaroni

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 1-1/2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. Melt 3 tbsp butter in bowl in microwave. In bowl, combine butter and bread crumbs. Melt remaining butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add flour, whisking constantly for 1-1/2 min. Slowly, pour hot milk into flour mix until mix thickens. Remove pan from heat. Stir in salt, pepper, nutmeg, and both cheeses, stir until melted. Cool 5 min. Whisk in yogurt. Cook macaroni as directed, drain. Stir sauce mix into macaroni. Stir to mix well. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkl casserole evenly w/ bread crumbs. Bake 30 min or until browned on top.
