1Make stuffing according to the box directions. Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup till blended well. Boil carrots, zucchini, onion till tender, then drain and add your stick of butter. Mix all together and add 1/2 cup of your cheddar cheese. Pour into a 9x13 cake pan greased. You can add meat if desired. I like to use hamburger, spicy pork sausage, or Italian sausage.
Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes. I add the other 1/2 cup of cheese to the top.
