This recipe is from my sister. Its simular to a quiche but its very good. So this is healthy for lunch or dinner. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 3 large
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c
    parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter to saute
  • 1 can(s)
    biscuits or cresent rolls[6 biscuits or cresent rolls]
  • 1 jar(s)

How to Make Zucchini Pie


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pie pan or grease. Line pie plate with biscuits or cresent roll and brush with mustard. Saute zucchini and onions in butter. Let cool. Stir in eggs, mozzarella and parsley flakes. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 45-55 minutes, until starting to brown on top.
