Ingredients

  • 1 c
    biscuit mix
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 5
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    crushed garlic
  • 3 c
    zucchini, thinly sliced

How to Make Zucchini Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl & mix well. Prepare a 8x10 baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour mixture from bowl into prepared baking dish. Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Test with tooth pick.
