Ingredients

  • 1 - lg. zucchini, shredded
  • 1 - egg
  • 2 tablespoons old bay seasoning

How To Make zucchini cakes

  • Step 1
    Place zucchini in large bowl. Add egg and Old Bay; mix thoroughly.
  • Step 2
    Heat oil in frying pan to and place large spoonful of mixture in pan. Fry until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
  • Step 3
    Any leftover mix should be refrigerated. Drain liquid off top of remaining mixture and stir before cooking more.
