2 Tbsp
old bay seasoning

How to Make Zucchini Cakes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place zucchini in large bowl. Add egg and Old Bay; mix thoroughly.
  • 2Heat oil in frying pan to and place large spoonful of mixture in pan. Fry until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
  • 3Any leftover mix should be refrigerated. Drain liquid off top of remaining mixture and stir before cooking more.
