angel hair pasta
1 Tbsp
olive oil
2 c
thinly sliced carrots
2 c
thin strips od red bell pepper
2 small
zucchini thinly sliced
cloves garlic minced and divided
1/2 tsp
crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp
1 1/2 lb
medium raw shrimp
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Zesty Shrimp Primavera


  • 1Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, place in a large shallow bowl and keep warm.
  • 2Heat oil in large nonstick pan over medium heat. Add carrots,bell pepper,zucchini,1 teaspoon garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender. Add to pasta.
  • 3Melt butter in same pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and remaining garlic. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp turn just pink. Donot over cook shrimp. Return pasta and vegetables to pan. Add parmesan cheese. Stir gently until well blended.
  • 4Delicious and easy enjoy! Buon Appetito
