    small whole wheat tortilla (100 calorie) or 1/2 of a larger tortilla
  • 1/2 c
    canned black or pinto beans, rinsed
  • 1 oz
    low fat shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1/2 c
    shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 c
    chopped tomato

How to Make Weightloss Burrito

Step-by-Step

  1. Place the beans on the tortilla & sprinkle cheese on top. Toast in toaster oven or bake at 350 degrees until the cheese melts. Sprinkle lettuce & tomato on top. Wrap up into a burrito or eat open-faced.
