  • 1 - small whole wheat tortilla (100 calorie) or 1/2 of a larger tortilla
  • 1/2 cup canned black or pinto beans, rinsed
  • 1 ounce low fat shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato

How To Make weightloss burrito

  • Step 1
    Place the beans on the tortilla & sprinkle cheese on top. Toast in toaster oven or bake at 350 degrees until the cheese melts. Sprinkle lettuce & tomato on top. Wrap up into a burrito or eat open-faced.
