  1. cube your vinson backstrap ( this is just like a tender steak), slice the strips of bacon into about three inces, wrap around the cube cut your onions and bell pepper after washing, gently run water over the mushrooms as not to break them apart, pat dry. Now you mix your apple cider viniger and brown sugar together in a small bown, set aside. Now you begin by placing one piece of meat then onion, then pepper , then mushroom, then meat so on and so on until your kabob skewer is full, once all your meat and vegetables are on the skewers, place then in a bakeing pan then pour your apple cider and brown sugar mixture over your kabobs. Cover with foil, marnaite overnight. Heat your grill cook until your meat is done to your likeing, if you like at this time just befor you remove the kabobs from the grill you can brush with bbq sauce.
