Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground venison
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced parsley
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 2
    cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can(s)
    (12 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 box
    (8 oz.) spaghetti, cooked
  • ·
    freshly grated parmesan cheese

How to Make VENISON SPAGHETTI

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown venison in oil.
  2. Add parsley, onions and garlic.
  3. Cook until tender.
  4. Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese.
  5. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
  6. Serve over spaghetti.
  7. Serve with parmesan cheese.
