  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 5 - cocktail tomatoes sliced
  • 5 - baby portebello mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - garlic powder
  • - hummus
  • - pita pockets

How To Make vegtable pita pocket

  • Step 1
    heat olive oil in a non stick pan, add zucchini, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, sprinkle with garlic powder and cook until almost tender. lightly toast your pita pocket, slice open and spread with hummus and top with vegtables and enjoy.
