Veggie Wrap

This is a quick meal for a hot summer day - no cooking.

No tortillas? You can use your favorite sliced bread and make a tasty sandwich.

I pinched the hummus recipe from www.weelicious.com and tweaked it a bit to suit my taste. {You can use store bought if you'd rather}

Hint: To keep the thin sliced onions from overpowering everything, put the slices in a bowl of water and let stand for 15 minutes or so. Drain, then place on paper towels and pat off the excess water.
