How To Make vegan tofu dinner loaf
Mash tofu with a potato masher.
Combine remaining ingredients with the tofu, mix well and put into lightly greased oblong 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
In medium bowl combine water and brown sugar. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Add ketchup, and mix until smooth. Pour over top of loaf.
Bake at 350 for 45 min. or until done.
Watch closely so the bottom does not get over done.
You can use any flakes you like this is a very forgiving recipe. If you use the flakes with strawberries and raspberries remove them before using the flakes for the loaf.
Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
