Ingredients
- 2 packages tofu, firm - non gmo (mashed)
- 4 tablespoons mckays chicken style seasoning & broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 5 cups kashi flakes ... organic crispy rice & wheat flakes w/ trace amounts of strawberries and raspberries
- 1/2 cup oil
- SAUCE FOR TOP
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup ketchup
How To Make vegan tofu dinner loaf

Step 1Mash tofu with a potato masher.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients with the tofu, mix well and put into lightly greased oblong 9 x 13 glass baking dish.

Step 3For Sauce: In medium bowl combine water and brown sugar. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Add ketchup, and mix until smooth. Pour over top of loaf.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 45 min. or until done. Watch closely so the bottom does not get over done. You can use any flakes you like this is a very forgiving recipe. If you use the flakes with strawberries and raspberries remove them before using the flakes for the loaf.

Step 5Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
