unstuffed cabbage roll
This unstuffed cabbage roll recipe is so tasty, nutritious and budget-friendly! It is also very versitile in that you can change it up easily to suit your taste. Want a soup? Add more water. Want it more as a side dish? Add rice! You can choose to use beef, pork or turkey. I used much more cabbage and water than this original recipe and it still turned out delicious! I also added a little more minced garlic. I hope you enjoy!
