Ingredients

2 pkg
14oz tofu firm, non gmo (mashed)
4 Tbsp
mckays chicken style instant seasoning & broth
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
onion powder
1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper
4
eggs (lightly beaten)
5 c
rice krispies cereal
1/2 c
oil
1 c
chopped walnuts

SAUCE FOR TOP

1/2 c
brown sugar
1/2 c
water
1 c
ketchup

How to Make Tofu Loaf

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mash tofu with a potato masher.
  • 2Combine remaining ingredients to tofu and mix well.
  • 3Pour into lightly greased oblong 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
  • 4For the Sauce:
    Combine brown sugar and water, mix until sugar dissolves. Add ketchup and mix until smooth.
  • 5Pour sauce over loaf to cover the entire loaf.
  • 6Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
