Ingredients
- 2 packages 14oz tofu firm, non gmo (mashed)
- 4 tablespoons mckays chicken style instant seasoning & broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 - eggs (lightly beaten)
- 5 cups rice krispies cereal
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- SAUCE FOR TOP
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup ketchup
How To Make tofu loaf

Step 1Mash tofu with a potato masher.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients to tofu and mix well.

Step 3Pour into lightly greased oblong 9 x 13 glass baking dish.

Step 4For the Sauce: Combine brown sugar and water, mix until sugar dissolves. Add ketchup and mix until smooth.

Step 5Pour sauce over loaf to cover the entire loaf.

Step 6Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
