Ingredients
- 1 package extra firm tofu, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup teriyaki marinade
- 2 tablespoons shiracha
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 package frozen stir fry veggies
- 2 large portobello mushrooms, cut into bite size pieces
How To Make tofu-licious

Step 1cut tofu into bite size pieces, wrap in paper towels for at least 30 mins...to get rid of excess water

Step 2in a dish...combine soy sauce, teriyaki marinade, shirasha, garlic...

Step 3place tofu and portobello mushrooms and marinade at least 15 mins.

Step 4in a large saute pan...add the butter and olive oil...and brown the tofu and portobello mushrooms.

Step 5defrost the stir fry veggies and add to them, finish by sprinkling with the toasted sesame seeds...serve over Jasmine rice....or just eat alone...sooo delightful
