I say this recipe is all about being creative with tofu...and quite the yumminess

Ingredients

  • 1 package extra firm tofu, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki marinade
  • 2 tablespoons shiracha
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 package frozen stir fry veggies
  • 2 large portobello mushrooms, cut into bite size pieces

How To Make tofu-licious

  • Step 1
    cut tofu into bite size pieces, wrap in paper towels for at least 30 mins...to get rid of excess water
  • Step 2
    in a dish...combine soy sauce, teriyaki marinade, shirasha, garlic...
  • Step 3
    place tofu and portobello mushrooms and marinade at least 15 mins.
  • Step 4
    in a large saute pan...add the butter and olive oil...and brown the tofu and portobello mushrooms.
  • Step 5
    defrost the stir fry veggies and add to them, finish by sprinkling with the toasted sesame seeds...serve over Jasmine rice....or just eat alone...sooo delightful
