  • 1 pkg
    extra firm tofu, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    teriyaki marinade
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic paste
  • 1/4 stick
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 pkg
    frozen stir fry veggies
  • 2 large
    portobello mushrooms, cut into bite size pieces

How to Make Tofu-licious


  1. cut tofu into bite size pieces, wrap in paper towels for at least 30 get rid of excess water
  2. in a dish...combine soy sauce, teriyaki marinade, shirasha, garlic...
  3. place tofu and portobello mushrooms and marinade at least 15 mins.
  4. in a large saute pan...add the butter and olive oil...and brown the tofu and portobello mushrooms.
  5. defrost the stir fry veggies and add to them, finish by sprinkling with the toasted sesame seeds...serve over Jasmine rice....or just eat alone...sooo delightful
