Ingredients
- 1/4 pound butter
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons johnnie walker red liquor
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make the laird's shrimp

Step 1Heat butter in skillet. Add garlic and onions and cook over low heat until translucent. Add shrimp, Johnnie Walker , lemon juice and basil. Saute shrimp just until pink; stirring often. Be careful not to overcook. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 2-3 servings.
