Ingredients

1/4 lb
butter
2 clove
garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp
finely chopped onion
1 lb
raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 Tbsp
johnnie walker red liquor
2 tsp
lemon juice
1/4 tsp
dried basil
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make THE LAIRD'S SHRIMP

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat butter in skillet. Add garlic and onions and cook over low heat until translucent. Add shrimp, Johnnie Walker , lemon juice and basil. Saute shrimp just until pink; stirring often. Be careful not to overcook. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 2-3 servings.
