1 slicecheese (i use emmental or swiss)

How to Make The Croque-Marie
- Spread egg salad on one slice of bread, top with cheese, top with other slice of bread.
- Melt ~1 teaspoon butter or margarine in a pan and fry sandwich until golden. Flip, add more butter/margarine if necessary, and fry the other side until it is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve with ketchup.
