Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup cooked chicken breast-shredded
- 3 cups rice, cooked and hot
- 1-1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cups peas and carrots, frozen
- 2 cups mushrooms -chopped
- 1 cup red bell pepper-diced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup green bell pepper
- DRESSING
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon garlic-minced
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make teriyaki chicken veggie stir fry skillet

Step 1Start by cooking rice. I use an Electric Rice Cooker. Recipe for cooking Rice should be on the pkg. Set aside.

Step 2In a Nonstick, melt 2, T. Olive oil and 2 T Butter. Add in Veggies and sauté on Med/ High heat.

Step 3Add in shredded chicken. Continue to stir heating chicken through and making sure veggies are done.

Step 4Meanwhile, whisk up all Teriyaki dressing in a bowl. Add in 2 T cornstarch and 2 T. water. whisk again to combine. Add sauce to skillet of veggies. Sauce should thicken.

Step 5Gradually add Rice to Skillet. Mix until all is combined.. Grab some bowls/chopsticks or forks because it's time to EAT!
