taco seasoning mix
I was making taco's the other night and was out of taco seasoning mix and this is what I mixed up. It's lower in sodium than store bought seasoning mix without loosing any of the taste.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1/4 cup minced onions
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon adobo powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 dash nutmeg
How To Make taco seasoning mix

Step 1Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse about 30 seconds. Store in airtight container up to 12 months.

Step 2To use measure 1/4 cup seasoning for each 1 pound meat and add 1/2 cup of water. Bring to a boil and cook until desired consistency.
