Ingredients
- 2 large poblano peppers (skinned,halved,cleaned)
- 1/4 cup la preferida refried beans
- 1/4 cup mateo's salsa
- 1/4 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup onion diced
- 1/2 cup peppers diced (mix hot and sweet to taste)
- 1/2 stick kielbasa sausage
- few dash sriracha hot chili sauce, chili pepper mix to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mexican 4 cheese
How To Make stuffed poblano pepper

Step 1char poblano peppers over open flame, scrape off outer skin, slice in half and remove seeds (save seeds)

Step 2in a bowl mix rest of ingredients except cheese, mix thoroughly and fill sliced poblano peppers.

Step 3bake in a preheated 350' oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
