1Shredded the mozzarella cheese in large bowl. Then put the egg white and low-fat cottage cheese.
Mix well then put in the fridge.
2Get large boiling pan and get the water very hot then put in the shell cook for ten minutes.
Cool the shell then put the mozzarella mix inside the shell then freeze them for about two month. Use gallon freeze bags.
3Bake them for 40 minutes at 400F with any spaghetti sauce.
Mine son love this so much. With garlic bread and salad.
