- eggs, whites
- 2 lb
- mozzarella cheese or low-fat,shredded
- 1 pt
- 12 oz.low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 pkg
- jumbo shells
Mix well then put in the fridge.
Cool the shell then put the mozzarella mix inside the shell then freeze them for about two month. Use gallon freeze bags.
Mine son love this so much. With garlic bread and salad.
