Ingredients
- - 4 squirrels, disjointed
- - 2 cup chopped onions
- - 1/2 cup chopped celery
- - 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- - 2 cloves of garlic,minced
- - 2 cup rice
- - 3 tbsp.chopped green onions
- - salt and pepper
How To Make ( squirrel jambalaya )

Step 1Brown the squirrels in a dutch oven in about 1/2 cup hot oil. add the onions,celery,green pepper and garlic and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Step 2add 3 1/2 cup water,rice,green onions, salt & pepper to taste,then cover. simmer for about 1 hour or until the sqirrel is tender. injoy.
