Ingredients
- 2 pounds sausage
- 3 cups squash
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 small green bell peppers
- 2 cups cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - butter crakers, crushed ( for the top)
How To Make squash casserole

Step 1Slice squash into 1/2-inch pieces. Boil in water until tender; drain. Meanwhile, brown sausage in pan; drain off excess fat. In a large bowl mix together sausage, squash, onion, bell pepper and seasonings , mayonnise. Pour into a 1-quart buttered casserole dish. Mix melted butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until browned.
