I hsve to admit that Ihsven't made this pareicular quiche, but I like quiche a lot, and when I received this recipe in a "recipe-of-the-day" email from My Daily Moments.com, it looked and sounded so good, I decided to share the recipe with my just A Pinch friends.   • 1-10oz. pkg
    frozen chopped spinach thawed
  • 4 large
    eggs lightky beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
    half and half
  • 1-1.8oz pkg
    leek soup mix
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 10 slice
    bacon cooked & crumbled
  • 1/2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • /1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1-9"
    unbaked frozen deep dish pastry shell



  1. Prepare pastry shell according to package directions
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
    Drain soinach well, pressing between papoer towels
  3. Whisk eggs and next 4 ingredients
    Stir in spinach, bacon, & cheeses reserve 1/2 cup of bacon bits for top
    pour egg mixture into pastry shell and place the pastry shell on a baking sheet sprinkle reserved bacon bits over top of prepared quiche. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes. Allow baked quiche to set up for 5 minutes before cutting & serving. Enjoy for breakfast lunch or brunch.
