SPINACH-BACON QUICHE

Ingredients

1-10oz. pkgfrozen chopped spinach thawed

4 largeeggs lightky beaten
-
1 1/2 chalf and half
-
1-1.8oz pkgleek soup mix
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
10 slicebacon cooked & crumbled
-
1/2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
-
/1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese
-
1-9"unbaked frozen deep dish pastry shell
How to Make SPINACH-BACON QUICHE
- Prepare pastry shell according to package directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Drain soinach well, pressing between papoer towels - Whisk eggs and next 4 ingredients
Stir in spinach, bacon, & cheeses reserve 1/2 cup of bacon bits for top
pour egg mixture into pastry shell and place the pastry shell on a baking sheet sprinkle reserved bacon bits over top of prepared quiche. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes. Allow baked quiche to set up for 5 minutes before cutting & serving. Enjoy for breakfast lunch or brunch.
