    round yellow cucumber (dosakai)
  • 1 Tbsp

    chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    turmeric powder
  • 150 g
    mutton pieces with bones
  • 2 medium
  • 2-3 medium
    green chillies
  • 1 c
    onion chopped
  • 1/2 bunch
    coriander leaves
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    tamarind puree

How to Make spicy yellow cucumber with mutton


  1. take cucumber and peel it and take out the seeds then cut .cut all the vegetable finely .keep it aside
  2. take a cooker add oil and add onion,greenchilli .let it become brown then add tomatoes ,garlic ginger paste , mutton ,cucumber chopped,dry spices.cook then on high flame 5-6mins ,then add water and keep lid and wait for 4-5 vessels
  3. after that take out the lid and add tamarind puree then cook for 5-10 mins
    add coriander leaves
    ready to serve with rice
