- 1 medium round yellow cucumber (dosakai)
- 1 tablespoon garlicgingerpaste
- - salt
- 3 tablespoons chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 150 grams mutton pieces with bones
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2-3 medium green chillies
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
- 3-4 tablespoons tamarind puree
- 2 cups water

How To Make spicy yellow cucumber with mutton

Step 1take cucumber and peel it and take out the seeds then cut .cut all the vegetable finely .keep it aside

Step 2take a cooker add oil and add onion,greenchilli .let it become brown then add tomatoes ,garlic ginger paste , mutton ,cucumber chopped,dry spices.cook then on high flame 5-6mins ,then add water and keep lid and wait for 4-5 vessels

Step 3after that take out the lid and add tamarind puree then cook for 5-10 mins add coriander leaves ready to serve with rice
