- 1 can corn- drained
- 1 cup rice
- 2 + cups chicken broth
- 1-1/2 cup colby shredded cheese

Step 1In a Deep non-stick skillet, brown ground beef, until no longer pink. Add Salsa, Chili powder, corn, and black beans.

Step 2Add rice and broth. Stir to combined. Cover. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 22-25min, or until broth is absorbed. Sprinkle with cheese and return lid to ensure melting.
