Ingredients

1 lbgood ground beef

2 mediumyellow onions, chopped fine

1 ccelery, chopped fine

1 cuncooked, long grain rice, rinsed

1 Tbspsalt

1/4 csugar
-
6 ctomatoes, crushed (with hands is fine) and the juice

- Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, making sure rice and celery is done.
If you have a food processor, the chopping is quicker, but get crushed tomatoes, or just crush them with you hand.
