How to Make Southwestern Spicy Black Bean Burger


  1. Chop into small pieces ( or can all be put in a food processor) onion, red peppers garlic and cilantro.
  2. in a large bowl, smash the black beans.
  3. add in the onions, red peppers, garlic, cilantro as well as all the seasonings and corn.
  4. Combine well and chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes for everything to bind.
  5. make into patties and fry in the tablespoon of vegetable oil about 3 mins each side on medium...
