Ingredients For southwestern spicy black bean burger

2 canblack beans, drained and rinsed

1/2 smonion

3 clovegarlic

1/2red pepper

1 sprigcilantro

1/4 tspcumin

1/4 tsppaprika

1/4 tsporegano

1/4 tspchili powder

1egg, slightly beaten

1/2 cpanko bread crumbs

1/2 ccorn

1 Tbspvegetable oil

salt/pepper
How To Make southwestern spicy black bean burger

1Chop into small pieces ( or can all be put in a food processor) onion, red peppers garlic and cilantro.

2in a large bowl, smash the black beans.

3add in the onions, red peppers, garlic, cilantro as well as all the seasonings and corn.
-
4Combine well and chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes for everything to bind.
-
5make into patties and fry in the tablespoon of vegetable oil about 3 mins each side on medium...
