- 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 small onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 - red pepper
- 1 sprig cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- - salt/pepper
How To Make southwestern spicy black bean burger

Step 1Chop into small pieces ( or can all be put in a food processor) onion, red peppers garlic and cilantro.

Step 2in a large bowl, smash the black beans.

Step 3add in the onions, red peppers, garlic, cilantro as well as all the seasonings and corn.

Step 4Combine well and chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes for everything to bind.

Step 5make into patties and fry in the tablespoon of vegetable oil about 3 mins each side on medium...
