This is one of those main dishes that I needed something that could back a little while so that my family and friends could go for our nightly walk early.

Ingredients

10 medium potatos
2 packages smoked sausage links
4 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
2 packages lipton mushroom and onion soup mix
1 large onion chopped

How To Make smoked sausage and potato bake

Step 1

pre-heat oven to 400

Step 2

cut sausage links length wise and the cut in bite size pieces
Step 3

peal and chop potato's to bite size peices
Step 4

put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently till everything is coated with soup mix
Step 5

pour into a large casserole dish and bake in the over for 1 to 1 1/2 hours
