Very easy! Gone in minutes when served at my son's graduation party-. Guests complained I didn't make enough!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans black bean soup ( i used goya)
  • 3 cans kidney beans-rinsed and drained
  • 1 can garbanzos-rinsed and drained
  • 1 can vegetarian baked beans-(i used b&m)
  • 1-28 oz. can chopped tomatoes-with juice
  • 2- 7 oz. cans corn-( i like shoepeg)
  • 3 - onions-chopped
  • 5 cloves garlis-chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons basil (fresh or dried)
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 tablespoons oregano, dried
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro-fresh or dried
  • 1 - large container of sour cream-serve on the side for diners to top their bowls)
  • 1 - package of grated cheese of your choice-(i used pepper-jack) to serve on the side for diners to top their bowl
  • 1 - side dish of chopped onions for diners to top their bowls)

How To Make crock-pot- crowd pleezing vegatarian chili

  • Step 1
    Open all the canned items-place in your slow-cooker
  • Step 2
    chop the onions-(save about 1 cup of onion to serve on the side)-place the rest into the ingredients in the slow-cooker.
  • Step 3
    chop the garlic-add to ingredients in slow cooker
  • Step 4
    measure out the spices and add to ingredients in the slow cooker-stir all ingredients well to combine.
  • Step 5
    Cover and cook on high for 2 hours-
  • Step 6
    When serving -place a dish of the cheese-a dish of the chopped onions-and a dish of sour cream for the guests to top their bowls with.
