- 1 cup bread crumbs, dry
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds sea scallops
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup white wine
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
How To Make skillet sea scallops

Step 1in a large reasonable plastic bag, combine bread crumbs and salt. add scallops, a few at a time, and snake to coat.

Step 2in a extra large skillet ovger medium-high heat, brown scallops in butter and oil for 2 minutes on each side or until firm and opaque. remove and keep warm. add the wine, lime juice, parsley and garlic to the skillet; bring to a boil. pour over skallops. serve
