Ingredients
- - 18 lbs. 18-22 shrimp,peeled and deveined
- - 1 tbsp. salt
- - 1 tbsp. pepper
- - 1 tbsp.cayeene pepper
- - 6 cups olive oil
- - 6 cups parsley,minced
- - 20 cloves of garlic,minced
- - 25 green onions,chopped
- - 2 tbsp. oregano
- - 1 1/2 cups white wine
How To Make shrimp scampi

Step 1Add olive oil to a large skillet or tilt skillet. Add the garlic and cook for 2 mins.Remove so it does not burn. Saute shrimp in olive oil for 5 mins over high heat until lightly pink.

Step 2Add back the cooked garlic, shallots,parsley oregano to olive oil and shrimp. Saute over medium heat for 3 mins, stirring the entire.Add wine and cook for 5 more mins.Serve over angel hair pasta...

Step 3Reheating** Remove from fridge. Heat for 20 mins. or until internal temperature reaches 165*
