Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp peeled and devined
- 4 cups lightly packed spinach leaves
- 1 can (15 oz. ) baby corn,drained
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped roasted red bell peppers (from 7-oz. jar )
- 11/2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
- 11/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- - lemon wedges, if desired

Step 1heat oil in a 12- inch nonstick wok or a 12- inch skillet over medium-high heat.
