Two c
uncooked rice
Lb pkg
shrimp, frozen. cleaned.tails off
One can(s)
cream of shrimp soup
One c
slivered almonds
1/2 c
half and half
1/3 c
lime juice
salt and pepper

How to Make Shrimp Almondine Casserole


  • 1Boil uncooked brown or white rice.
    Brown slivered almonds in butter.
    Butter a 9x11 glass casserole dish
  • 2When rice is finished cooking, place it in a large glass mixing bowl.
    Add 1/4 cup of browned almonds, set rest aside.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Stir gently.
    Spread evenly in casserole dish.
  • 3Take the browned almonds and sprinkle atop.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
