Ingredients

Two cuncooked rice
-
Lb pkgshrimp, frozen. cleaned.tails off
-
One can(s)cream of shrimp soup
-
One cslivered almonds
-
1/2 chalf and half
-
1/3 clime juice
-
Dashessalt and pepper
How to Make Shrimp Almondine Casserole
- Boil uncooked brown or white rice.
Brown slivered almonds in butter.
Butter a 9x11 glass casserole dish - When rice is finished cooking, place it in a large glass mixing bowl.
Add 1/4 cup of browned almonds, set rest aside.
Add rest of ingredients.
Stir gently.
Spread evenly in casserole dish. - Take the browned almonds and sprinkle atop.
Sprinkle paprika on top.
Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
