Ingredients
- Two cup uncooked rice
- Lb package shrimp, frozen. cleaned.tails off
- One can cream of shrimp soup
- One cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- Dashes - salt and pepper
How To Make shrimp almondine casserole

Step 1Boil uncooked brown or white rice. Brown slivered almonds in butter. Butter a 9x11 glass casserole dish

Step 2When rice is finished cooking, place it in a large glass mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup of browned almonds, set rest aside. Add rest of ingredients. Stir gently. Spread evenly in casserole dish.

Step 3Take the browned almonds and sprinkle atop. Sprinkle paprika on top. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
